Shakshuka Tomato Sauce for Pasta

What You Need

  • 1 pack 500g of your favourite pasta
  • 1 jar Riki’s Shakshuka (Original or spicy)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Basil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your pasta until ‘al dente’.
  2. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water then drain the pasta
  3. Return pasta to pot, add 1 jar of Riki’s Shakshuka sauce & hot pasta water & salt to taste. Stir until the sauce coats the pasta. Add olive oil & parmesan cheese and toss until cheese melted.
  4. Plate the pasta and garnish with basil.
