Chilli Mussels in Spicy Shakshuka Sauce

What You Need
- 1 jar Rikiโs Spicy Shakshuka Tomato Sauce
- 1kg Mussels, beards removed
- Salt & Pepper, to season
- Parsley, roughly chopped for garnish
- Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions
- In a large, deep saucepan, heat Rikiโs Shakshuka Sauce
- Add mussels to sauce (beards removed). Cover and cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until mussel shells opens.
- Ladle sauce & mussels into bowls. Sprinkle roughly chopped parsley & serve with crusty bread.
