Chilli Mussels in Spicy Shakshuka Sauce

What You Need

  • 1 jar Rikiโ€™s Spicy Shakshuka Tomato Sauce
  • 1kg Mussels, beards removed
  • Salt & Pepper, to season
  • Parsley, roughly chopped for garnish
  • Crusty bread, to serve

Instructions

  1. In a large, deep saucepan, heat Rikiโ€™s Shakshuka Sauce
  2. Add mussels to sauce (beards removed). Cover and cook, shaking pan occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes or until mussel shells opens.
  3. Ladle sauce & mussels into bowls. Sprinkle roughly chopped parsley & serve with crusty bread.
