Moroccan Lamb/Beef Tagine ‘Feed 4-5 hungry people in 3 simple steps!’

What You Need

  • 1 jar of Riki’s Moroccan Lamb/Beef Tagine Chermoula Simmer Paste
  • 1kg Lamb diced (Shoulder or leg) or 1kg Beef diced (Chuck or Blade)
  • 2 medium onions diced
  • 1 x 450g can diced tomatoes
  • A splash of oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: ½ kg cubed vegetables (carrots, potato)

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a casserole and fry onion until soft
  2. Stir in tomatoes, water, Lamb (or Beef), and Tagine Chermoula Simmer Paste (Optional add vegetables)
  3. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, on low heat for 45 minutes or until tender
