Moroccan Lamb/Beef Tagine ‘Feed 4-5 hungry people in 3 simple steps!’

What You Need
- 1 jar of Riki’s Moroccan Lamb/Beef Tagine Chermoula Simmer Paste
- 1kg Lamb diced (Shoulder or leg) or 1kg Beef diced (Chuck or Blade)
- 2 medium onions diced
- 1 x 450g can diced tomatoes
- A splash of oil
- 1 cup water
- Optional: ½ kg cubed vegetables (carrots, potato)
Instructions
- Add oil to a casserole and fry onion until soft
- Stir in tomatoes, water, Lamb (or Beef), and Tagine Chermoula Simmer Paste (Optional add vegetables)
- Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, on low heat for 45 minutes or until tender
