Grilled Lamb Chops Dukkah Coated

What You Need
You need:
8 lamb chops minced lamb
1 cup Riki’s Egyptian Dukkah
Marinade mix:
1 cup olive oil
1tbs Riki’s Ras el Hanut
1tsp salt
Instructions
Whisk all marinade mix ingredients and rub well each Lamb Chops
Marinade in the fridge overnight
Grill on a hotplate each side of lamb chops until ‘marked’ & well cooked
When cooked and still hot, dip each side of lamb chops into Dukkah to form a generous Dukkah coating then serve
