Grilled Lamb Chops Dukkah Coated
Excellent Finger food starter dish!
Share this recipe:
- Whisk all marinade mix ingredients and rub well each Lamb Chops
- Marinade in the fridge overnight
- Grill on a hotplate each side of lamb chops until ‘marked’ & well cooked
- When cooked and still hot, dip each side of lamb chops into Dukkah to form a generous Dukkah coating then serve
