- $15 shipping Nationwide
- Delivery will be within 5-15* business daysÂ
- Orders are delivered by Aramex Couriers/Australia Post, and you will be provided with a tracking number
Refund Policy
- Our refund policy is valid for 30 days upon you receiving your package
- If you have any concerns about your order, please email us at info@rikikaspispicejourney.com.au
- If for any reason your goods are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct products you ordered, please take a photo (for insurance purposes) and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct products (replaced within 14 days)
- Please do not dispose of the items until we have exchanged it. We will require proof of purchase at our request
- We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or items on sale
