How To Serve
- Traditional Baked pita bread Za’atar – Brush flat bread with olive oil, sprinkle generously with Za’atar and bake in oven 180c until golden
- Grilled Whole Chicken (Or 1kg wings) with Za’atar rub – Mix 3tbs Za’atar with ½ cup olive oil & 1tsp salt, rub in then grille or roast in your usual way
- Za’atar delicious sprinkled over – Dips, hummus, labaneh, spreads, salads, eggs
