How To Serve
- Traditional Dukkah Appetiser – Crusty bread dipped into olive oil then in the Dukkah
- Dukkah & Breadcrumbs coating mix – To transform your coated Chicken Schnitzel, Prawns or Lamb Chops;
1kg meat/ seafood Coating: Mix 2 cups Japanese Panko breadcrumbs with ½ cup Dukkah.
Instructions: Coat first in flour, egg wash then in Dukkah coating mix. Shallow fry both sides until golden. - Dukkah delicious sprinkled over – Spreads Dips & Salads, Smashed Avocado, Eggs
